In this era, which everything comes to high technology and even foods processed instantly then we missed one important factor in our life that’s called by health. Those high tech things change our lifestyle and conquered our miracle skill of an ability to heal any dangerous particle that’s come to our body, we knew it as body immunity.

When we talked about health food then it must be standard with important factors like vitamin, mineral and contain with balanced high nutrient food. But if you really like or have high desire with any cans foods then you need to make sure that those foods didn’t contaminate with dangerous material such as chemical industry. It’s hard to keep our healthy life style while there are many fast food corners around city then you need to straight in line for your health target.

- Be aware with any food in the store for the expiration date and food material contain. Sometime we are in hurry and not paying any attention to a product which past expire dates.
- Do not put your hot food in plastic industry packed when carrying them to your home. There will be a reaction when your hot food “burn” the plastic and raise the chemical industry out contaminate your food.
- Make sure your food had a FDA standard. There are many product out there that out FDA list for health and proper food for us, its rule too to your cosmetics because cosmetics are the big part that dangerous your body through their chemical material.
- Take a doctor consult before using supplement especially for weight loss. Supplements are not food but its completed the food with balance nutrient that our body need, so be careful before taking any supplements maybe they are not suitable for you.
Be wisely when picking your food and keep aware with what you eat that will control your healthy lifestyle. Don’t forget to combine your healthy eating with great exercises and create a healthy pattern from healthy eating and exercises.
