Research experts at Ohio State University says, eating fruit 30-60 minutes before eating can help maintain blood sugar for diabetics and non-diabetics.
This result is known after their blood samples to analyze non-diabetic respondents who had consumed 2 spoons of fructose or natural sugar in an apple before eating instant mashed potato.
Once absorbed the heart, fructose activated the glucokinase enzyme that excess sugar from the blood cells so that your sugar remains stable.
Other benefit is that sugarless in the blood can lowering the risk of obesity. So, besides avoid risk diabetic we can remain slim.
