We know that healthy diet and sports are effective to conquer heart disease, but studies at the University of California shows, sports and significantly intensive changes in eating patterns that can reduce the risk of heart attack that can hit in three weeks. The researchers ask the 11 men to a low fat diet, high fiber combined with aerobic for 1 hour a day. The result showed the blood pressure down to 14%, total cholesterol down 20%, and triglycerides down to 41%. What a method!
